Traditional Polish way of frying breaded pork.

Polish Fried Breaded Pork


Ingredients

  • Boston Butt Pork (4 Pieces)
  • Cauliflower 
  • Eggs (2)
  • Plain Bread Crumbs 
  • Cooking Oil for Frying (any)
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Red Paprika 
  • ¾ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Mayo 

Tips

Traditionally , this dish is served with potatoes and a salad but the cauliflower is a leaner choice :) 

Preparation

  1. To make the egg wash In a bowl crack your 2 eggs , Adding in your Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Paprika, Salt and lastly your Mayo . Then mix together with a fork until fully combined.
  2. Now you can grab your cooking oil and fill the entire bottom of your frying pan and wait till it gets hot.
  3. While we wait on our frying pan we can prepare our pork by dipping them into the egg wash on both sides and then dipping them into the breadcrumbs on both sides as well. 
  4. Once your oil is ready you can fry your meat for 5-6 minutes on the first side then 3 minutes on the second side. You want them to be golden brown :) 
  5. Once you have fried all of your pork you can transfer them into a baking dish to be put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees :) 
  6. You can grab your cauliflower and boil it for 8 minutes with salt to taste :)
