The egg , butter and farmers cheese should be room temp so you can remove them from the fridge a few hours before. You can also use vanilla sugar instead of vanilla extract. Once cheesecake is done in the oven you can turn off the oven and open the door slightly and let it sit for 15 minutes . This is to avoid a total collapse of your cheesecake :) Enjoy!
